For example, Facebook regularly changes the way businesses can interact with customers on its platform, and if you’re not careful, those changes can negatively affect your business. With a website, however, you’re in complete control of your branding and can make sure that it’s always presented in the best light possible.

If all of your competitors have websites but you don’t, guess who’s going to look more professional and trustworthy? That’s right—your competitors!
